Ratna Vadlamudi PhD

Dr. Vadlamudi is the Tom C. and Patricia H. Frost Endowed Chair for Cancer Research and Education and the Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTHSC San Antonio and leads the Mays Cancer Center’s cancer development program. He trained at Harvard Medical School/Dana Farber Cancer Institute and held academic appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Center.  Among his many honors, he was elected as an American Association for Advancement of Research fellow. Dr. Vadlamudi’s expertise in preclinical models enabled the validation of Etira’s drugs in clinically relevant model systems in breast, ovarian, endometrial, and gynecological malignancies.
